I am a Land & Acreage Specialist with over eighteen years of experience as a licensed real estate professional in Marion County. After only three years as a Realtor I earned the coveted designation of Accredited Land Consultant with the Realtors Land Institute - a division of the National Association of Realtors - to make me one of only three in all of Marion County to earn this designation. This designation is typified by Realtors with hundreds to thousands of sales under their belts, and tens to hundreds of millions of dollars in sales - to even qualify to become an ALC requires over 100 credit hours in land brokerage education, as well as over $10,000,000 in land sales transactions, to name just a few requirements. And Foxfire Realty is the largest real estate firm in Marion County, selling more property than any other firm year after year, so my support staff is unparalleled in this county.

I have successfully closed hundreds upon hundreds of real estate transactions for satisfied owners and have over eighteen years of experience negotiating the best prices and finding the best properties for my customers. I also help property owners from out of the area, the state, and even the country with the sale of their property here in Marion County. I do all of the extra work on this end to close the sale for my clients.
